Exaclty ^. Kick as in recoil as in the reticule jerks up every burst. I personally think it's a bad idea. I never liked the SMG in Halo 2 but could go without using it. Now they're putting it in my BR :'(

i like certain things. bloom sux, ac needs a lil adjusting, the new ranking system and scoring that might b in h4...well im not feeling tht really. i dont like how people get perks tht can help in battle just because they have time to play more than u. they should leave it and just only have armor perks where u buy fancy parts.

Recoil moves the gun, not the reticle. That's different, that is only part of the effect.

Recoil is what happens to the SMG in H2 when you shoot, to give you an example.
Bloom is "randomisation" of the bullet spread to make you less accurate, it "increases" the size of the reticle and possible surface area in which you will hit.

Recoil only "moves" you aim angle up (mostly), which is realistic. Have you ever used any firearm?

Yes I have used a firearm and yes I do know that it moves the gun as well. In game its where the reticule is that matters not where the gun is (at least from what I know). Thats why I specified with the reticule rather than saying "jerks the gun upwords".

As for what they are doing to Halo, can't stand 90% of it. I'm just looking towards to the MLG playlist in 4 as that is dedicated to making it realistic and competitive. It's the same thing with Reach, I have only played 3 playlists (MLG, ZB Slayer, and Team Snipes) in at least a month/month and a half. This coming from the person who plays Reach every day.
