In INDIA usually all internet providers are fu****s . They cheat us very well. I got a agreement with them for getting a 1mbps speed and i paid the money. I got that speed for a week. Then they pwned me. Here is the result of my internet speed after that

@Ray- Usually everyone's ping decreases at night. But maybe you have one of those plans where you get a different speed's at different. Have you taken speed tests at those times?

After you told me the amount you pay, I am sure that your internet is not unlimited. It probably has a limit of 5GB or so. Hence after the first week you crossed your limit and they "adjusted" your speed.

He actually has a point here, I very well know what my limit is and i keep checking my speed, but I seem to get only 2 to 5 mbps mostly as a result i warp and get 334 ping in CE >.>
