Anyways. Everytime I try to join a Dserver in h2v it never works, always says "try again later" idk if it's normal or not,

I join'em once in a while (RARELY)

Try forwarding your ports. Sometimes that fixes the problem...
Open port 80 and 3074.

i am sure that they changed the port to 8704 not 3074
