Anything good at...

So is there anything good that will help me clean my computer with useless things?
I will like to take out anything that us not useful. I need more space in my hard dive.

I highly recommend "Treesize Pro" it will identify your biggest files and locations of temporary files taking space, it is user friendly and can be useful for any occasion.
