Did you do /b "Player Number"

You have to first find the players ID number.
Type in /pl , and that will show the list of players in the server with their numbers.
Than type in /b "and the players number"
And they are banned.

I know the procees nebula -.- I'm just saying that i can't still use the command...no rights to excute it. It seems that sapp is still working with levels.

I know what the problem is...
You need to login you account in the server. So that people with the same cd key won't able to access the sapp. You send a login password to Nukem right? When he was admin. You need to login.

/login "your password" If you don't do that, it won't work.

SAPP was not rewritten as far as I know, so the commands are limited to your ENFX status whether you login or not.
