They are relatively cheap to buy too. However the crooks probably grabbed them as well.

No, if you notice the chargers were plugged in to the macbooks, they grabbed the macbooks leaving eh chargers behind, and besides, how can they do all that in 31 sec ( I mean, catch hold of the chargers too :o)

The guys that are out of sight were probably grabbing chargers from the drawers behind the counter. It is easier to grab those than to try to yank the ones that are attached to the counters so that they don't get stolen by shoplifters.

you do realise that macbook chargers are magnetic so they don't get damaged when you yank them...
