I got this problem and I am typing in a small text box right now
and whenever I open smgclan.net it loads in normal size and after 3 seconds it reloads and turns small.. Weird..
It also goes to left side instead of middle (not normal for phpBB or what version
to align to left side, but it could be changed at the ACP if someone did
can you change it back to normal?
If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me..

Maybe youreduced the sizeof the website at the browser not the website.

While pressing the Ctrl key, move your scroll wheel up or down to adjust the text size. When you are happy with the text size then release the Ctrl key. The text should stay there at the size you have selected.
As for the align that is also a problem at your end. I also use Chrome and the text is left justified (I prefer it that way).
I think it is only center justified with IE on my computer.

Yes trinity... IE works with center justified. Try using fireswag...ehm...Firefox.
