He might have a screen refresh rate of 120hz :P

I have some 400 and odd fps, but when I take le screenie it becomes 120 fps.
Oh and btw I play on 1024 x 768 now, cuz of laptop overheat issues -.-

Yes fraps is known for halving the fps when taking a ss or recording a vid.
