[Laos]

Hello,

My username for Halo CE is Laos. The server I was banned on was called [SmGClan.net] Zombies, Map: Sidewinder. I have not used any other names before. The approximate date and time I was banned, occurred on Thursday, July 26, 2012 around 2:30pm EST. I currently have downloaded a cracked version of the game. I think the reason I was banned, was due to teamkilling when I happened to be a zombie. I believe that I should be unbanned, as I did not know that teamkilling could occur when I would become a zombie. Seconds before this incident, I was a human, up on top of a ledge, which had given me a height advantage and it seems that I mistakenly killed a teammate while using a fuel rod, along with a zombie, as he was trying to avoid being infected by a few of them. Immediately after, I received a message from the server, which explained that because I killed a teammate, I betrayed, and thus turned into a zombie. By that time, two zombie teammates has appeared beside me, on the same ledge. Instead of jumping off of the ledge, I decided to use a melee attack on them, as a notion to "get out of the way please." Instead, it kills one of them, and I am shut out of the server, in which the server operator notified me that I have been banned. I would greatly appreciate it very much if I could be given another chance to play on this server. For the past few weeks, I have made many friends on Zombies, and we've seen and talked to each other almost each day while playing. I've really enjoyed conversing with many of them. Zombies is undoubtedly my favourite server, because of so many good places to hide. If you could grant me the opportunity to play again on this server, it would mean a lot to me.

Welcome to the forums. Thanks for making a nice and a appropriate appeal. The admins will decide if you'll be unbanned from team killing (since we don't have a diplomat right now). Please be patient. :up:

hmm give it another go. I do not see you in the banlist. Also are you sure thats your only name you use?

Yes, I am certain that this is the only username I have ever used. I took your advice, and gave it another shot. However, the message still shows that I have been banned, and cannot enter the server. :(

How does that affect being banned for teamkilling? Just curious.

It doesn't have anythign to do with the teamkilling. What Omega was saying is that you might have been banned because you have a cracked CD key, and someone else who was hacking on the server was banned with the same cracked CD key.

I've seen Laos on the servers a lot, and he's always a good player to game with.
Also, Cloud, this was the glitch that I was telling you about.
