Just cleaned my Registry today and Defragged it, and now after that, when I hop back onto Halo CE, my ping skyrockets (over the maximum it's ever been). I'm Australian and I only play on SmG Oz, so my ping is usually around 67-200, but after doing all that, it jumps from 200 to 2500 instantly, and if it doesn't go down, I continuously keep getting kicked.

As I said, just started happening today. Anyone got any ideas why and how I could fix/reduce it?
