I have been playing yesterday August 11 and very early this morning of August 12.
Server is: SmGClan bloodgulch CTF

My nickname is Forest777 and my girlfriend is always playing with me on another computer
under the name of Laurence. We both use the same no-legit CD key but we never had
problem before.

I am a very good sniper and sometimes the people accuse me of cheating.
That night there was other good snipers on the server. In the chat the players started
to say that there is many cheaters and bots blablabla
20 secondes later I have been kicked and banned. My girlfriend has been able
to finish the game but she was unable to return when she tried as we both use the same
cd key.

I am playing on your server almost every day since ....2 weeks and she is always with me.
We never had problem and we wish to be able to come back soon.

People who are used to play with me will see that many times I miss my shots when I snipe and I stay for many hour in the game because it's my favorite server.

First of all try using a different CDkey both you and your girlfriend.
Do you remember if there was any SmG Member on playing too because I think all SmG members need capture evidence first before banning even admins and mods because stuff like this will happen people get banned and they come complaining that they were banned and you get the idea.
Also it may have been the server itself and if the server banned you than we will NOT unban you.

Well, resuming what Hazy said. There are 2 possible options. Now are u sure you're banned? Give it a try again.
2 options:
Banned because of team killing
Banned because SAPP glitching/by mistake of one of our Servers moderators

I am still banned, I have just tested 2 minutes ago.
In this server SmGClan Gulch we cannot do team kill.
Friendly fire is OFF

I rent the CD...something like 10 years ago from a Video renting store.
Im using it since that time without problem.

Halo is not perfect...you CAN betray even if friendly fire is off. Now i would not tell you how.
