I want to join a server thru xfire, but i can´t :( , some tips?

Broken images, but my question is... Do you have problems starting a game in general through xfire? or just joining servers through it?

It mainly says retrying connection and then impossible to join the game

I can connet to the servers in the lobby, and if another person is in it I only press "join", but when I go to the "SmG Clan Server Favorites" and press "join" i can not :(
