Does anyone else think that archery is under appreciated? cause seeing how lots of people do archery yet not many people seem to like talking about it watching it or thinking about it in general like when you have a go at it it makes you feel really calm and relaxed so i urge all the wannabee archers to have a shot but do so safely please well thanks for taking the time to read this awesome post lol :)

Archery is beast! But it is also challenging, IMO. I used to do archery more often, but I just haven't had the time to go to a range, rent gear, and get a group of people together who can have fun doing it.
Also, it would be cool if there was television coverage of archery outside of the olympics. :D

Archery is cool. But I really don't think it is a sport. Or a good one. I good sport makes you very tired. That might be why people don't like it or it is not so popular in Olympics. But yeah, it is fun.

Archery is fun but i tried it and it hurts my arm after a while.
i'm not cut out for it but i do like watching people try to hit a target.

Well....i use to have an archery coach. Until...i started shooting my first time....it wasn't my best shot because i was beginner......and well....it accidentally hit my coach.....and he took an arrow to the knee. :D That's why i can't do archery anymore :D. lolz jk

P.S I don't do archery because im scared i might take an arrow to the knee. :D

I like doing archery but watching it is just plan boring, just like soccer, playing soccer is really fun but watching it... I want to pick my eyes out of my head.

In all seriousness I say archery is the shit! I love old time weaponry in general ie swords, knives, bows.

just saying i no its your opinion but in response to SmG Battlefire's comment if you have tried shooting a 60 pound longbow for a whole day you'll see that you do get tired
