So on MO i have been lagging alot during the past month or so and as a result have not played as much halo as i have. i get the box with the cross at the bottom corner of my screen constantly. :ugh: i cant lock on a target because the gun will just move/lag away. Battlefire destroyed me the other day due to this. :down:
can someone actually help me reduce the lag. serious though. dont tell me to get better internet :up:

Clean your registry using Free Registry Cleaner
Uninstall unnecessary programs
Do a disk defragment
Delete unnecessary files
Do disk error check
Scan for viruses
AND DELETE HALO XD

The box on the bottom corner of your screen most probably means... internet lag or connection lag whatever it's called.
A) Restart your router/modem
B) Make sure your internet wires are plugged in properly (not bitten by rats or whatever)
C) I'll have to say it - GET BETTER INTERNET

This happens to me, but my internet is not bad, lmao its actually the best internet I could get. My provider couldn't give me anything better.

Actually there are rats in Australia, I've seen them everywhere. We have a lot of native rats too.
