6. <<Zombies>> i think i did some TK with intention 3 times....and without intention 2-3 times, but those last 2-3 times wasn't my fault. example: one time i was trying to save a team player and i had a shotgun; i killed the zombie who was attacking the human and then he fell off and died and i became a zombie...
also, never did more then one tk/2-3 days(from what i can remember)

Most Likely reason would be your cd key is the same as someone else that has been banned.

Team killing will lead to a timed ban with each time you are banned increasing. Most likely the gulch ban is as Hawk said.
