No, it is an island under China. Hey, USA is at the top 10 and i thought our economy is bad xD. Anyway, Singapore is the 2nd but they have the cleanest city in the world. :D

Germany sucks really, we could be better but we have so many foreigners here which don#t visit school, they don#t work (astill get paid so they can stay alive ..) and they mostly steal things and drink alcohol only lolz.
