5.i downloaded the game from halomaps.org
6. i got the cd key online, so maybe some one else uses the same key and was caught botting but i though for sure the site was legit dont remember what it was called though

I never bot, cuz it is pointless, if i botted i would get caught and kicked and banned, and i am pretty good already, and with a few tips and pointers from others better than me i could become quite good so there is no point in botting, i have never downloaded a bot before the ony things i use during game play is an sj i got from Mapleleaf, a fraps i got from stealer and xfire, i use these in case i find some one else botting or glitching so i can get evidence to post here also, the date i was "caught" botting was the 19th, but i was playing just fine last night on Oz which was the twentieth

The ip address and the cd hash matched yours on both SmG Oz and SmG MO
Regardless of where you got the game if both match then it was you.
Your gametag SmG Dragon has been removed from the servers, you may still play as Dragon on Cloud's servers but if you get banned there then it will be permanent with no appeal.

Appeal denied. If you had confessed when it first happened then things might have gone better for you but the Admins decided that kicked from the clan was the only option.

Edit: on closer investigation, Appeal approved. Caused by false positive.
