i have a solution go to task maneger and right click on both procces of fraps go to set aff or what ever it is and if you have four proccessors like i do unclick all but the fourth one that fourth one is not being used so it takes off the strain of the main c drive and i get 60 fps every time when im recording nice and smooth no lag at all
