6 got banned for team kill, dont remember what map think it was death island, but the guy turned against me becaise i got the the banshee first. So i fried him with the banshee, then after that he kept killing me, so i skilled him.
7 miss the servers, fast, got many friends on them, and the guy didnt get banned.

Please don't post multiple posts on the same subject. If you were banned for TK then it is a timed ban. Wait.
If it is you first offence then it will only be a short ban, but each time you are banned for TK the time will increase. Solution, don't TK.
You don't get TK banned for just doing it once so play nice, if you are being harassed by another player then contact a [SM] and let them deal with it.
