Improssibru, you would need to travel greater than 1224 km/h in order to break the speed of sound, while terminal velocity is only 200 km/h.

Though keep in mind that the speed of sound is lower in the upper atmosphere.

EDIT: Facepalm, forgot that terminal velocity can be voided in the stratosphere.
