Here with texmod you can change the skin of halo such as your pistol colour or sniper colour.

So you just click the folder icon when you open Texmod and when you are done locating your haloce you click the little folder in the middle then select a file such as this.

Does this mod only the uses gun or is this meant for server stuff?

Nah only you can see it.

And you can change the map colours and Armour colour so you have an advantage but I only to make the guns look cool.

I tried it out, only difference was that the pistol and sniper color had a slight gold touch to it

No not really. It was just an example. Noble is making one and it is probably going to look cool. Saw where he left off, it was awesome!
