For me it's someone who he had met on the Spartan project, but if it's the real "face", i'm dissapointed. The whole mystery between who was Spartan 117 and how we was someone from whom you didn't know anything, yet you felt like you can trust him, felt like you were going to be safe with him, and felt like he was gonna end his mission, not matter what ever obstacle came and appeared in his way. :/

I personally believe that that isn't Master Chief's face. If it said "Test Subject 13", it either meant Spartan 013 or the 13th Candidate they screened when all the spartans were 6, which wasn't John. John was screened first. Also, every spartan had the same armour. the person in that picture could be different, then they changed to a shot to master chief in his armour. If i were Frank O'connor, there would be no reason to reveal the face of the Chief
