Well, as some of you may have read, Trinity is practically giving us the oportunity to add a RACE gametype in MO?
So Sugestions?
Mines are:
Map: Infinity
Vehicles: Hogs
Weapons: Heavies
Nades: Infinite
Time The lowest possible...i think it's 5 mins?
Laps: 5 :D One lap per minute...very challenging?

None of the normal maps are any good for race. You may want to try bc_raceway_final and yoyorast island.

You don't see race servers frequently in HCE, so, you're an expert, aren't you? Please give me your opinion.

@Vader: It can be, but they fact that it's a custom map(even if it's popular), make it a "bad" choice. We have a whole historial of people not resseting the server. If they don't reset it and someone wants to play but he/she doesn't have the map, he would not be able to play. Anyway, I would love to play a Race gametype in Yoyorast island :D It would be awesome :3

The ones I have played on the most were Death Island or Bloodgulch

PS yoyorast island V2 is a blast as a race map and V1 is good too.
Sadly custom maps do suffer when it comes to public servers.

I second that, Infinity is a great map for racing. Great terrain and small caves and stuff :up:
