I am currently unable to use xfire. The reason for this is that the updater requires administrator privileges, which my parents removed from my computer account. When I tell xfire to skip the update, it just closes. Is there a way i can use xfire without updating it?

If you use xp, enter in safe mod and modify your permission from the admin account

Whenever they are using the PC, start a fire or tell them that someone is stealing the car, then when they run to control the situation you quickly open Users Panel and give yourself admin privileges :D

Nothin...use the stealing car and if they got mad tell them: "Sorry, i got confused, i sawa nigga near to the car and i thought he was stealing it" (Racist, I know, but it works :D )
