If your in Year 12 (or in my case finished it) Maths C, intergration and derivatives are more effective than trig. Trig is useful in years 9-11 but then in year 12, it doesnt exists. Here is some rules":
Derivation: 8x^2
8*2x2-1
16x
Intergration: 8x^2
(8x^2)/2
8x^2/2
Interesting eh?
