The commas are according to the Indian-Arabic numeric system.

Get all the powerup upgrades, then use the wings for reincarnation, the time interval between wings is 30 seconds so you just have to keep yo self alive in those intervals and there is a possibility you'd get powerups to aid you.
And get the last character, he's fat so he collects coins much easier on them stones.
Ofcourse for all these you need a huge stockpile of coins.

I've maxxed them upgrades and I have about 1000 wings, so virtually I don't need them coins XD
