That's what it meant to be...I don't remember which ship had an AI that looked exactly as Athena the greek goddess.

i remember now and No, I'm talking about the AI on the installations were John and the other spartan where trained when they were kids.

i just think that now that the "cortana as we know it" is dead, they will try to make another one. i can see that going wrong, or Halsey dies in the process. If you have read the books, you will remember "Kalyima", she was the prototype of cortana on reach before cortana was made. Maybe they will bring her personality back, or even better than cortana.

more to the point, who are we fighting in halo 5 and 6?

The guy speaking is a Forerunner. The one we face in Halo 4. He said "Humanity stands a great threat to the universe. Refusing to hematite them is a fools Cadette."

Well he things the universe belongs to Forerunners only so my best guess is that we will face forerunners. Plus I think hes angry we destroyed some of their lings lol. So yep my guess is we will fight against forerunners next.

And I just really hope Arbiter returns. Miss him :(
