You can probably run it on the lowest resolution/setting

Intel HD Graphics on laptop Core i5 and i7 would run H2V (learned from trial on a gen 1 i5), but on a Pentium it might be a no-no. However, trial and error is the only way to really check. Just try to play H2V on it Angel and adjust it to playable frame rates. If you can't get it to go smoothly, you're stuffed.
