Not really a problem about PC but, my dad's email was hacked and mailed my mom that he need € 1000 something.
Is there any way to get the account back or trace the hacker?

Technically this sort of stuff can be reported to the FBI. If money was involved then it should definitely be reported and they can trace it using IP records and other fancy tech! :)

Edit: I forgot you don't live in the united states...
Well report it to the local federal authority on computer crimes or something to that degree!

It's a web virus...does the email that your dad sent had a link?
If so don't open it...it will infect your moms computer or whatever computer you use to open that email. Run a malwarebytes scan and delte the threat

From, what I'm guessing the guy is an amateur that wishes to get money through asking your mother straight up. Obviously ignore it.
Not too sure how you can get it back though. :/ Maybe say you've forgotten password and let it send a new pass to a backup email?
