Oh yea, in 5, my friend gave me the game case with everything, so I think it wasn't cracked.

We don't necessarily ban for offensive names. We're a bit more mature than that. If the server moderator sees it, they usually give visual warnings, and then they kick if it's becoming a real problem to the other players. At the very worst, it'll be a time ban.

There's a slight chance that your friend didn't legitly buy it. I have seen situations where people say things and they are complete liars. Not trying to spark a fire, but it's just a situation I have seen before.
