After a bit of researching this is what I've found,
So for those that are wondering:

Win-Loss = Tier Division
0-10 ?
1-9 = Bronze V
2-8 = Bronze IV
3-7 = Bronze III
4-6 = Bronze II
5-5 = Bronze I
6-4 = Silver V
7-3 = Silver IV
8-2 = Silver III
9-1 = Silver II
10-0 = Silver I

idk what league you get placed in if you lose all 10, but i'm pretty sure you'll get placed in bronze V
so newbies, remember every 1 provisional match lost requires 6-12 ranked wins to regain that division
