1. Should i max my W second or my E?

2. Can someone give me a decent build for Quinn and Valor? I can't decide whether i should aim for a bloodthirster or the blade of ruined kings. Or if i should add staik shiv. I just need a really good build for her since i can't decide which ones i should aim for. All i know is that i need phantm dancer and infinity edge and a last wisper.

The w is less important (t least for me) the Jerarquy would be:
q-e-r-w Being w the least important since you just need the passive. Take a point on q on level 1 then put a point on the e, then the w cause of the vision, then focus q and e and take the r on the respective levels.

Build? mmm botrk has more life steal than the bloodthrister (15% lifesteal) i think it cost practically the same, it gives you attack speed too (50%) and got a nice active which if u use it on a team fight it would give you more durability and they won't be taking you down so quickly (it takes the 15% of the health of a champion and heals u for the same amount, so use it on tanks) I would take the Tiamat and it's upgrade so i would be able to clean minion waves easilly plus gives you more life steal and health regen. If you are too squishy, a frozen mallet for more health and the slow, Phantom Dancer, infinity edge, and if your opponents are staking armor, last whisper, if they are focusing you too much, guardian angel

Tiamat is more effecient with melee champions though, i was thinking a staik shiv because it gives out bonus damage on her passive and it also cleans out minions. In addition, it is more suitable with range champions. If im not mistaken, tiamat and revnous hydra is only used with melee champions, correct me if im wrong please. Thanks for the information Conan, it helped a lot. Now i see the advantages of having the BRK. :D

lol, since the hotfix, botrk isnt really worth rushing for. UNLESS, you're facing a terribly tanky enemy team. If not, just go for the usual BT or IE first. Not really an adc player but that's what I've heard from hazy ;p

Well botrk, for me, it's a great item for an adc, why? well it's true his active won't be too much help if their team is not tanky but, it gives you great att speed plus life steal (is the item that more life steal gives) and 50 ad damage. Just with this you can consider not taking berserker grieves and more a mercury boots for the tenacity, or the bots of mobility for more swiftness when bird mode xD

Yea and alloy for ur build u could consider switching 5 and 6 to black cleaver and a ga I haven't played him as of yet so I don't know exactly how I would build him. Ill tell u a build that seems to work for me when he is on free week.

Well heres some tips on Quinn, she i really really weak and squishy early game and she mostly relies on attack speed and attack damage and critical strikes.

So basically this will be a sufficient and efficient build?:

1. Mercury Thread/Berserker Grieves/Boots of Swiftness
2. Blade of the Ruined Kings/Bloodthirster
3. Phantom Dancer
4. Last Whisper/Staikk Shiv (depends if the other team is really tanky or not)
5. Infinity Edge
6. Frozen Mallet/Warmogs Armor/Gaurdian Angel

I look at all the build and guides for Quinn and Valor so far and all of them didn't even help me.

They either say max the q first, or max the w first, or max he e first. So basically, from your guys opinion, what should i max first, second, and last?

I'd put IE on 2/3 for the damage, since Quinn's W passively gives her a bit of Atk speed already, then get PD 4.
