Vayne, definetly Vayne. Besides that she has a pretty strong late game, you fed her and she totally rape you.

That is the essence of a hyper carry. They scale extremely well into late game and completely wreck anyone. In my opinion vayne is one because of silver bolts. That true damage shreds armor and if you tumble between the second and third stacks it is explosive. She can simply shred anyone. I you don't hard cc her and burst her down she will most likely kill most all of you. Kog maw also seems to be one though I'm not entirely sure what all makes him one but late game he deals so much dage and he doesn't care much if ur tanky. Ezreal while a strong adc and good for poking before a full on engagement and can rarely go toe to toe with another carry but has to rely on harass and kiting and doesn't have the same damage output.

Well, I think of kog maw as an early harasser, He can shred your armor dealing more damage, and ult on the early levels deal alot of damage. But I don't think he is that strong on late game. Draven is another Hyper Carry, he doesn't have the late game of vayne, but if you let him get ahead of you he will just burn you down. I don't think there are any other Hyper Carries.
