You install it after it goes in your iphone. You just click on it and one option will say install and there you go.

They will make it so it will go to that specific directory or program. Like your downloads file in your computer. When you download it, it will go there. Than from there you install it and it become an icon on your iphone. If you want to delete it. You just go back and uninstall it. You don't have to do any mounting, or extracting. Just like installous. But you might have to do it on your computer and than transfer it to your iphone. Than install.

No, they won't shut it down. Installous didn't shut down. Plus Apple really does not care that much. They still get money out of it and the makers also.
