I have trouble on connecting my phone to my PC with bluetooth.
-Both have Bluetooth (Phone & PC)
-Both are discoverable
The problem is that the PC(Laptop) can't find any devices with bluetooth.
And the phone can't find my laptop but it can find other laptops and other phones with bluetooth that are discoverable.
NOTE: I don't want to solve this with USB connectors or something like that, for some reasons.
Thanks in advance.
Is it an old Laptop, there is a chance that Bluetooth is no more functional and perhaps need repairs.
If not, check if it's Bluetooth drivers have been properly installed or if they need updating, to be on the safe side, reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.
Try basic trouble shooting, win7 troubleshooting is very effective.
maybe its your wireless networks password format? PSP's used to have a little annoyance where they could connect to WEP and WPA2 but not WPA1. Try temporarily disabling your router pass and then scan for bluetooth.
I found out the real problem thanks to unKnowN's question it led me to trials.
The mains problem is that my PC cannot detect bluetooth devices and cannot be detected.
