Those r two of my favorite adcs don't use Ashe as much as sivir though. Koggies is nice as well. Also use corki and seven in occasion. Graves and vayne not as much. Not as comfortable with them. Too short of range.

Umm not sure. I just like the passive that gives him a bit of extra DOT on critical hits and spinning blades
