Conan, so sorry, but I'm not doing jokes. I had that problem 2 times, was a virus but I dont remember the name, but the first time, with ctrl+alt+supr i solved the problem temporally, and after that I use the Malwarebytes, the BitDefender and SpyBot Search & Destroy.

The second time I run the Safe Mode and execute the command msconfig and stop the virus, and use the Malwarebytes and the other things.

Run Avast Anti Virus, its really good. Also get SPybot Search & Destroy and do a full scan.

Or the best thing u can do: Make a whole backup of ur HDD, then backup things which you need e.g documents and such.

fuck no, too many downloads to loose. TF2(12gb), Tera (27gb), Borderlands(7gb) and some more. Right now my download rate is around 174 Mb/s so those download would take ages.

It could be a Remote Access Tool. (Installed by a trojan not a virus fyi)
