When I try and load sites like Wikipedia, it takes a huge amount of time. But when I load fb or youtube, it happens in a second. I have this problem with torrents also... I am only getting 54 kbps on a torrent even when the torrent has around 1000 seeders and updated trackers. I have done a malware and an anti-virus scan but nothing showed... Any suggestions?

Try stopping seeding torrents and if you are using utorrent, right click the torrent > Bandwidth Allocation > Download Speed > Unlimited and if you want decrease the Upload speed too.

Call ur provider first. Tell em you have this problem and will leave then in 2 weeks if it won't stop :) Worked always for me!
