do you have to ward the tribush if you're going bot on purple team?

Id say no just ward the river to the right of it where u can see ganks coming from the river or someone exiting the tribush to come at u. Any other gank even from the tribush should come from the lane so u should be able to see it coming. But after u take the first tower and r pushing the second u might want to ward there and the bushes across from the lizard/red buff in the blue jungle to watch for ganks.

If you're pushing past the mid of the river then you need to ward the tribush and the river, but if you freeze the lane at mid then warding the side bush and river is better?

I would say so since u really don't worry about getting ganked hard from there. Unless they r zac they have to come either into lane or ur ward vision in the side bush to be able to gank u. Only someone like hec could move in faster than u can back out when u see them.
