decent ones for apcs:

for tanks, supports, or junglers idk i only have apc and adc runes they seem to work ok when i use them in other locations

There's this new ADC runes in korea that are getting pretty famous, involving Lifesteal quints. I don't remember know but i'll look into them later.

My runes are underconstruction x.x because i'm poor. What i want to build is:

Tank/support
Gold p/sec Quint
Gold p/sec seals
Flat armor marks
MR x level Glyphs

Tank/top
Gold p/sec Quint (since i'm not good at farming x.x i suckk at last hitting)
Hybrid penetration marks
Flat armor seals
Flat MR glyphs
