I dont see a problem with that as long as it's ON TOPIC.

So, by what you're saying, I would conclude that the "Ban the person above you" topic would not be considered a "spam" and should stay in a forum where posts ARE counted, and don't forget all the 802 posts in that topic are ON TOPIC.
Am I right?
