Not sure maybe. But sleep cycle lasts 1.5 hours so if u sleep for a multiple of 1.5 hours u will generally feel a bit more refreshed.

I do not get why anyone would "like" to have dreams.

Besides, if you have an undisturbed and pleasant sleep, you won't have any dreams, and even 5 hours of such sleep is more than enough.

....vergo, im concerned about you. Reminds me of my friend, at the beginning of the school year my teacher gave out those stupid-ass sheets that ask you dumb things like "whats your favorite food?" and this and that. Nobody took it seriously considering we are all 16/17/18 so things like that seem pretty stupid. under "what do you want to be when you grow" my buddy put "A Pimp" and under "whats your favorite hobby" he wrote "smackin' bitches" xD our teacher is like 60 so of course shes gives him this really dirty look when she reads it xD
