It's kinda hard to figure out whose the best in LoL. I consider myself pretty good but i don't play that much LoL, im not that addicted. That's why im still in like lvl 24. xD

I do not actually believe in skill "forum" ranks and moreover we don't function that way.
If it is more like a title that may be accepted by Cloud and Trinity.

Besides, you really can't decide the best in CE, they keep changing, Uzzy, Hazy, Ray, Fac are more or less of the same level, when I start playing I'll catch up too, so tbh, if you are really interested in this title biz, may be you can make it monthly.

Ofcourse, many of these kind of things will be inculcated in the Ninja Squad once fully filled and functional.
