So latinoamerican servers are up. Alpha state tho...and Russia free chqmps would last 2 weeks, it seems that this was just like a celebration for the new server

What do you mean by alpha state?

What you read...Alpha state meaning that it's not complete, so it will take more time until it'scomplete and released. That would also mean that Oceanic server would take more time to come
