I don't remember exactly how I found out about about Discord but I was always a person that likes to try out new things. It took a few months to convince my friends to switch over to Discord from Skype but it was definitely worth it

What made y'all join discord/ SMG?  I joined discord because someone told me that it was cooler than skype, and boy were they right!

I joined discord at the age of 11 for a roblox discord which was very much so against ToS.. I ended up becoming a moderator in that server when I was 12 when it had about 100k members. Odd times. I don't even remember how I found SmG.

I think I remember seeing an ad for this server on some random website, That was about 6 years ago, I think that was around the time where you got banned for being inactive for too long, that's why I have a newer account that's about a year newer.

joined discord cause i saw my brother messing with it and it looked super cool and easy to use. joined SmG cause of xyna and cloud and sQkrrt cause they’re amazing and i joined another one of their smaller servers

I think I joined Discord originally to support my friends older brothers Twitch and Discord, and I'm pretty sure I joined SMG from Disboard just looking for servers to hangout in.

I guess because one of my friends asked to install discord so we could play together? idk but nevertheless, it was a good decision
