Meh jax dmg overall wasnt nerfed, not a big deal but finally the nerf on skarner.

They reworked karthus but he was used like 2 weeks then hes forgottten..

I wonder if kayles win percentage will drop below 50% this time.
Her damage has been nerfed for 3 patches straight, yet she has almost always had the highest win rate according to lolking.
