I recommend Fraps or Bandicam, his resolution is pretty good.

In the FPS tab untick the FPS limit thing
In the Video tab click on configuration: Change the fps to 60, the quality to 100 and in the audio part change the codec to pcm so you can edit it with vegas

I use fraps full size, 120 fps. I play in 1080p halo too. I'm starting to upload videos in that quality. Looks really good.

I use MSI Afterburner (completely free)
By the way, does anyone know any good compression programs. The files from Afterburner and Fraps are too big for me to upload to the net.

MSI Afterburner? WTF. Since when did a GPU overclocker turn into a recording program?

Look in the options, its basically a free version of Fraps hidden under all that hardware information

Fraps 120 fps @ 1920x1080 Full Size.
What are your specs?
If you like, maybe just go for 60 fps half size
