Actually scratch that (it requires a lot of effort, need to format the hard drive install a new OS, yada yada) if you want to do this then say so, but I'm not held responsible, then I would suggest buying a new computer. There is litterally no way to fix this, your computer is missing several .dll files, and since you system restored it then gg. However if you want to do an advanced system restore than restart press what button your computer tells you to do and then click restore. If this doesn't work, Lmao.
