Just focus on running a lot like
Wake up really early like a
5 am or something go out for a
3 miles run for your first time and then
increase as you move on
Running will help in losing weight also doing lots of
sit ups, and as for what some of the other members said get into a
diet

dont need to sign up for a gym dude, I train almost everyday and
I never used the gym to lose weight just to
build arm and stuff. when I wanted to lose weight I didnt go to the gym and when I wanted to look a little more muscular that is when I went
So as I said start with 3 miles, and then after a week go for 3.5 miles and so on
try to find a local park or something to do sit ups or do it at your house, and some push ups but focus on doing 300 pushups since this is your first time starting
Also before going to sleep after I finish one, I go for the other
15 days before sleep workout
30 days before sleep workout
