7-8 hours on average go to sleep at 23:00 wake up at 7:00 most of the time

I have 2 sleep patterns revolving around my work schedule.
One week is 3 hours sleep 7 hours work 3 hours sleep 7 hours work and so on, but the thursday night/Friday morning is 3 hours sleep 11 hours work. :D
The second week is 6 hours sleep 11 hours work 6 days in a row, 7th day is like 12 hours sleep.

Go to bed at 5 in the morning and wake up at 3 in the afternoon.

Oh god that would mess me up so much ! So you have breakfast, lunch and dinner at night? xD

No, I never eat breakfast and plenty of times I’ll just skip lunch. I eat dinner and plenty of midnight snacks though. Like how I just made cookie literally at midnight.

I sleep about from 8 to 10 hours now and it is very good

I only sleep like 12 if I pulled an all nighter the night before.

Hmmm? Sleep should be about 10 hours, relaxation is key for everyone. Plus, sleep is my way to forget about all the things that happened that day
